Blogs
I have compiled a short list of gospel-centered blogs that have been a blessing to me. These blogs purposefully focus on the theological and practical aspects of the gospel as it relates to our daily life, rather than merely writing articles on issues.
Dan Cruver is a Bible professor at Baptist Bible College in Clarks Summit, PA. He is passionate about the gospel and The Lord of the Rings. Even through his son’s passing away on November 19, 2002, Dan has been a constant reminder of how the gospel is the transforming power in our churches and in our lives.
Steven Camp has been an influential CCM artist for the past few decades. His mission is to “To Reclaim, Reform, and Restore Christ-Centered Ministry in His Church where the ministry is driven by mission, not by ambition; by mandate, not by accolades; by love for the Master, not by the allurements of the world.”
Mark Lauterbach is a Sovereign Grace pastor in the San Diego, CA area. The purpose of his blog is “to see the centrality of the Gospel in all things.” In addition being a blogger and a pastor, Mark is also an author. And whether he is writing about theology, ministry, ethics, or humor, his passion for the centrality of the Gospel is evident in everything that he touches. Unfortunately, however, his passion for truth stops at his love for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Everybody knows that God made the sunrise to be Broncos colors-orange and blue!
Rob Wilkerson is a former pastor who continues to edify the body of Christ through his writings on the gospel. His articles deal with the centrality of the gospel to current issues facing the church, preaching, evangelism, postmodernism, and every day life.
Dave Cruver is the brother of Dan Cruver from Eucatastrophe. He is currently serving at a new church plant in South Carolina. Concering his blog, he says, “Few things are as exciting as seeing lives and relationships changed through the Gospel of Jesus the Christ Who is Lord of Lords and King of Kings and the Savior of mankind. I am committed to exulting and glorifying God by applying the Gospel to every area of life. I am committed to making disciples who will love God with all their hearts and their neighbors as themselves.”
The T4G Blog is an ongoing public conversation between Mark Dever, Ligon Duncan, C.J. Mahaney, and Albert Mohler. Here you will find candid articles on the practical outworkings of the gospel for ministry by some of the most influential men of our day.
