Tribute To Darrent Williams

On January 1, 2007, Denver Broncos cornerback Darrent Williams is was shot and killed by a group of domestic terrorists.  He is somebody that I will never forget.  So I would like to share a few tribute videos in remembrance of him.

Updates Below

As difficult as it may be, I’ve tried to keep the Denver Broncos off of my blog as much as possible.  Quite honestly, I could write about them all the time.  But I think it would be best to spare my readers the pain.

And I was irate.

But as I write this article, I find myself in shock once again.  Only this time, my shock has nothing to do with the loss yesterday.  Last night, our starting cornerback Darrent Williams was shot and killed in downtown Denver. (more…)

A New Era

by Rick Pidcock

A new era has begun in the Mile High city for the Denver Broncos.  At 12:30 local time, head coach Mike Shanahan announced that the change has been made for Jay Cutler to become the starting quarterback. ”

(Jay) is our future, and our present,” said Shanahan regarding the gift from Santa Clause.

Jay Cutler, the twenty two year old rookie from Santa Clause, Indiana will make his NFL debut this Sunday night on national television against the NFC champion Seattle Seahawks.  All of this coming as the Broncos are on the verge of possibly not even making the playoffs, just two weeks after being in first place.
